Roasted red potatoes recipe?

I'm doing a pork loin in the pan with a little apple juice, Salt and pepper. I intend to make some roasted red potatoes with it. I have a recipe where you throw potatoes cooked in fresh chopped garlic that has been cooked in olive oil. Has anyone tried this? Or thinks that the potatoes in the kitchen just salt, pepper and garlic powder to do? Tips for making these little red devils work for me, as you know, it's good! Thanks in advance!

2nd day

Small lunch

1 hard boiled egg

1 slice of toast

½ banana

Tip: I cut my eggs add a little salt and pepper and put it on my toast

Lunch

1 cup cottage cheese

5 crackers

Tip: Eat slowly and savor At the moment I do not care much for lunch

Dinner

black coffee, tea or water

2 hot dogs

1 cup broccoli

½ cup carrots

½ banana

½ cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Tip: This tastes great after lunch earlier, and again on ice O'Boy.

3rd day

Breakfast

black coffee, tea or water

5 crackers

1 slice of cheddar cheese

1 small apple

Suggestion: this breakfast is not bad, just eat slowly and enjoy cheese and crackers.

Lunch

coffee black, tea or water

1 hard boiled egg

1 slice of toast

Tip: make a sandwich, do not forget salt and pepper.

Dinner

black coffee, tea or water

1 cup tuna

1 cup beets

1 cup cauliflower

½ of a melon

½ cup whipped cream Vanilla Ice

Tip: food that really satisfies all appetites. I know it seems that much food, but make sure they eat everything!

Now I tell you how diet tuna 3 days. It works on chemical breakdown. Do not modify or replace all foods in the diet, stay clear.

You can use salt and pepper is simply no other seasonings. Stay on this diet for 3 days only to times. As I said earlier can lose up to 10 pounds in the days following a "T".

Remember to drink plenty of water, 8-8 oz glasses of water per day. Do not eat between meals.
