Can anyone help me explain it?
Ok so everyone knows what you take two toothpicks and stick one in a shaker and have another balance two forks, then you know that when everything is finished, you have two forks floating. Hypertension blood is a major cause of heart attack and stroke in the United States. What exactly causes high blood pressure?
There are basically two forms of hypertension, primary hypertension and secondary hypertension. Primary Hypertension is much more common and represents 95% of all cases of hypertension. There are several factors contributing to primary hypertension. In hypertension Secondary causes a specific abnormality in one organ in the body.
Primary hypertension affects approximately 75 million Americans. But without its root causes and underlying effects are not always known or easy to diagnose. Despite this, there are certain factors that are common in most of primary hypertension.
One factor is that most people with primary hypertension get too much salt in your diet. Many live in of fast-food establishment that serves French fries loaded with salt and also put salt on almost everything they eat. Their consumption salt is usually higher than the 5.8 grams per day.
Genetic factors also play an important role in hypertension primary. However, the specific genes that make a person likely to develop hypertension because of these genetic factors do not yet been identified. Genes are parts of chromosomes that produce proteins that determine the characteristics of individual person. Research in this disease area focuses on genetic factors that affect the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone. This system helps regulate blood pressure by controlling salt balance and the status of the elasticity of arteries.
About 30% of cases of primary hypertension are due to genetic factors, which means that despite the power of the individual and exercise routine that would have probably received blood pressure, a result of these genes. For example, the United States, blood pressure seems more common among people of African descent. Asians have the lowest rate of hypertension. In addition, if a person has two parents who suffer from primary hypertension, that person is more likely develop the condition. Seldom rare genetic alterations leading to primary hypertension. These cases are usually identified as hypertension secondary.
Most people with primary hypertension have in common a particular alteration of the arteries. This common mistake is that they have greater resistance in the arteries, which means they are not as elastic as it should, especially in small arteries that are farther from the heart.
People who are more likely to have this anomaly are usually those who are overweight, not exercise, use too salt, and aging. Inflammation may also be one of the causes of primary hypertension, which is indicated by a high level of CRP.
