Beans, chili .... weight gain or weight loss?
Well, I'm losing weight and eating a reasonable .. I started exercising regularly and trying to eat a little healthier ... I wonder if my beans (pinto a can) tomato sauce and some spices (salt, pepper, etc.) would be considered to help lose weight, weight gain .. makes a difference or not all .... Any suggestions or information would be great. Thanks This is not a lot of pepper ... tomato sauce and beans are on everything .. Dimensions gas use and extra help with weight gain or loss?
Beans are very healthy for you, rich in proteins, fiber, low fat and many nutrients. If you prepare yourself diet is good, but beware of buying prepared peppers in boxes or in restaurants because they provide the amount of fat and preservatives and do not want. (Use common beans canned is fine, but rinse the beans with fresh water a few times before use to reduce greenhouse gases) PS - I cook the beans a lot and there's something to it. If you start with raw beans (Marina Pinto, red, garbanzo, etc.), should be boiled several times and change the water every time. This will reduce flatulence (gas) as the enzyme that causes the gas is soluble in water and released into the water. For example, I usually cook beans the day before use and let them soak overnight in water. The next day, changing the water and then boil again. Repeat three times, then you're ready to use the dishes you want. (I also use canned beans when I'm lazy) PPS - The gas is neutral in weight loss (no difference), its just a matter physical comfort and social development. Your body also "get used" bean and reduce your gas if you eat regularly.
In those nights when dinner occupation appears as an obstacle to overcome, you will need some good recipe ideas quick dinner that will take 20 minutes and the taste of one million. What could not be easier with a jump? A little meat, onion and peppers fried with some spices, and has a favorite sure to please. Once you have the vegetables and sliced beef and everything goes very quickly. A couple of quick movements and Simmer 15 minutes.
Remember to start the rice before cooking steak au poivre. Rice will take a little longer and should be first. Serve with a roll of frozen eggs if you want, or maybe a little egg soup. Remove toothpicks and funny.
Chinese Style Pepper Steak
£ 2 boneless Beef Round Top
¼ cup vegetable oil, or less, depending on need
Green peppers 3 medium, sliced
1 cup chopped celery
1 / cup onion, chopped 3
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broth Beef
1 teaspoon salt
¼ c. Tea pepper
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Hot cooked rice
- Cut meat into thin at through the grain. This is easier if you partially freeze the meat.
- Brown the meat in a little hot oil in large skillet.
- Add green peppers, celery, onion, garlic, broth, Salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables and meat are made calf.
- Mix soy sauce, water and cornstarch and mix well. Add to meat mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over rice Makes 8 servings. Chopsticks are optional.
