Cottage Pie

Ingredients:
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut boil
3 tablespoons butter

Parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large saucepan, Put the potatoes to a boil. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are well cooked, but being a small business. Ingredients:
1 small bag of hash browns (Ore IDA work great for this)
2 pounds pork sausage
1 1 / 2 cup cheddar cheese grated
3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
9 eggs, beaten
1 1 / 2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions:
Cook sausage in a skillet until thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels. Then brown the hash browns in medium heat. You may want to use one or two tablespoons of oil for this. Mix hash browns, sausage, cheese, milk, salt, eggs and mustard. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.

Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked pasta (macaroni works well)
12 ounces of tuna (in brine)
2 cans cream concentrated little chicken soup
1 / 2 cups milk
1 can peas
1 small package shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Bring 6 cups water to a boil, add noodles. Bake approximately 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente. Flake the tuna pieces in a saucepan, add cream of chicken, milk and peas. Mix ingredients and cover with a layer of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned.

Beef Pie

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 pie crust, frozen flat
1 / 2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper 1 / 4 c. Tea
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons butter
1 / 2 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs lightly beaten

Instructions:
Sauté onion in a skillet until it begins to soften. Add meat and cook thoroughly. Mix flour, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and butter until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell, uncooked. Combine sour cream, cheese cottage, and eggs in a bowl, pour over pie. Sprinkle a little paprika if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
