Prime Rib Roast - metal or glass?
I am preparing a book of your choice of ribs for dinner tonight 5. I have not done this before, but seems pretty easy. A) Rub meat with pepper and a pinch of salt b) That the roast at room temperature (1-2 hours) c) Tie roast with butchers string d) 500 degrees F for 15 minutes E) Reduce heat to 350 for 20 minutes per pound f) Remove and let stand 15 minutes g) Cut and serve! My only question is the grill. Is this correct or Pyrex glass What it takes to be a flat metal heat conductor?
I am a former chef and cooked a lot of prime rib roast in my career as he spent more 20 + years in trade, I prefer a metal as the last person who said I love her like you can put in the pan to make sauce or the end or do aujus Yorkshire pudding, all over the roast is resting, giving the rest of the meal on the table and ready.
