Cayenne 1 / 8 c. Tea
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
Lettuce leaves

1.Chill macaroni and measure about 4 cups.
2.Combine macaroni with remaining ingredients.
3.Serve present in a few leaves of salad dressing.
Macaroni salad with tuna
Ingredients:
½ c. to tea dried tarragon or thyme, crumbled
½ cup mayonnaise
3 c cooked macaroni, chilled
1 can white tuna (7 oz, water), divided and drainage
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 ½ cup frozen peas and carrots, cooked
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, mix a little tarragon and mayonnaise.
2.Add celery, tuna and pasta.
3.Carefully Stir in carrots and peas.
4.Cover and serve with a little salad.
5.Top this with salad and garnish, if you prefer.
Tuna Salad with Fettuccine
Ingredients:
¼ cup olive oil
2 cans tuna in oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 c small broccoli florets or cauliflower
4 oz mushrooms, chopped fresh
1 zucchini or yellow summer squash small, minced
2 tablespoons tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped
1 red pepper, small, sliced
8 oz Fettuccine
1 teaspoon juice
¼ c. to tea black pepper
Lettuce leaves
Cherry tomatoes
4PZ cheddar or Swiss cheese
Italian dressing
Procedure:
1.Drain tuna oil and place in a large skillet.
2.Place tuna in large bowl.
3.Separate it into pieces and set aside.
4.Add a little oil oil in a skillet.
5.Heat and add the following:
Minced garlic
Cauliflower or broccoli
Mushrooms
Red Pepper
Zucchini
6.Cook on medium heat.
7.Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes. Make sure the vegetables are tender.
8.Add parsley or basil, stirring several time and elimination of heat.
9.Allow cooling vegetables while you cook the noodles.
