I just make a kick @ ss tortilla! Well ... Scrambled eggs ... with red pepper, yellow and green, tomato, onion cheddar cheese, jalapeno, Salt and pepper, topped with Tabasco ... so good! How about yours?

2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
1 / 3 cup raisins or golden Black Grape
£ 1 eggplant, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 (24 ounces) package refrigerated potato puree, hot
1 large egg, beaten
