Can anyone help me explain it?

Ok so everyone knows what you take two toothpicks and stick one in a shaker and have another balance two forks, then you know that when everything is finished, you have two forks floating. This system helps regulate blood pressure by controlling salt balance and the status of the elasticity of arteries.
