Ingredients:

Instructions:

Spaghetti with shrimp and arugula basil

Ingredients:

9 oz Spaghetti
7 half oz shrimp peeled and deveined
11 oz cherry tomatoes, make a cut, but not deep enough to separate it into two halves,
5 cloves garlic, sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 oz arugula
1 oz fresh basil leaves
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook pasta in large pot lightly salted boiling water until they are al dente. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large stick pan, add garlic for 2 minutes, add the shrimp, salt and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until they turn red. Remove with a slotted spoon and y separately. Leave the garlic in a skillet. Add the cherry tomatoes in pan and cook, stirring frequently until they are tender and sauce is slightly (but tomatoes should not melt completely).
