¼ cup olive oil
2 cans tuna in oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 c small broccoli florets or cauliflower
4 oz mushrooms, chopped fresh
1 zucchini or yellow summer squash small, minced
2 tablespoons tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped
1 red pepper, small, sliced
8 oz Fettuccine
1 teaspoon juice
¼ c. to tea black pepper
Lettuce leaves
Cherry tomatoes
4PZ cheddar or Swiss cheese

Italian dressing
1.Drain tuna oil and place in a large skillet.
2.Place tuna in large bowl.
3.Separate it into pieces and set aside.
